About the Role
This is an independent, contractor-based role where you’ll manage your own schedule and client relationships. It offers a high level of autonomy but also requires a high level of ownership.
This role offers a high level of independence and flexibility, but is best suited for someone who is self-driven, accountable, and motivated by delivering high-quality work.
Compensation is performance-based, with earnings tied directly to your ability to guide clients through the design and decision-making process. For the right person, this creates strong income potential and a high level of control over results.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-home consultations and assess client needs
- Design customized storage solutions that improve function and flow
- Present and recommend high-quality ShelfGenie solutions
- Guide clients through the process in a clear, professional way
- Deliver a seamless, high-level customer experience from start to finish
- Communicate effectively with installers and team members to execute projects smoothly

Requirements
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Computer and smartphone with internet access
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience in design, sales, or customer service is an asset
