JOB
Reporting directly to the Administrative Manager, the incumbent will communicate and provide comprehensive administrative support to help ensure efficient office operations:
- Answering Incoming phone calls and transferring to the appropriate personnel.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing communications including, emails, reports and internal correspondence.
- Manage the preparations and processing of invoicing.
- Perform other administrative / reception duties as required.
- Work effectively alongside the management team, ensuring seamless assistance and operational support
SKILLS NEEDED
- Excellent Communications Skills – Clear, concise writing and verbal skills in English; with ability to actively listen to client inquiries and internal requests.
- Analytical Skills – Ability to review basic financial data, spot inconsistencies, and troubleshoot problems.
- Attention to Detail – Ability to notice discrepancies.
- Ability to listen – the ability to listen well and take in feedback from the employee perspective without judgment or discrimination.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Requirements:
1. 1+ years - General Office Experience
2. Strong English skills - Ability to communicate with others effectively (verbal & written)
3. Analytical Skills.
4. Basic Accounting Principles Knowledge considered an Asset
5. Sage 50 Accounting experience and/or other Accounting Software considered an asset.
6. Customer Service experience
7. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
8. Valid Drivers License
