Position: Maintenance Supervisor

Qualifications
- 3+ years of maintenance supervisory experience in unionized manufacturing.
- Licensed Millwright or Electrician preferred.
- Experience with maintenance planning, CMMS, and preventive maintenance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise maintenance teams in a unionized manufacturing environment, supporting safety, performance, and employee development.
- Coordinate maintenance planning, work orders, resources, inventory, and preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
- Drive equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and control costs.
- Support maintenance projects, capital initiatives, GMP, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
Pay: $80,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
