Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Take customer orders accurately using POS systems and process transactions efficiently with cash handling skills.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining friendly, professional interactions with guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the truck’s kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation protocols.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and communicating supply needs to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Must have food handlers and smart choices certification
- Must be 18+
- Experience with POS systems is considered an asset.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities.
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory counts.
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
