CNC CAM Programmer
Our client is looking for a skilled CNC CAM Programmer and Machine Operator to join their custom fabrication team. This role involves programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts for custom conveyors and fabricated equipment.

Resposibilties:
- Write, refine, and optimize CNC programs using Lemoine CAM software.
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot Mazak Power Mills, CNC Lathes, Awea CNC Mills, and Bridge Mills.
- Program directly on machine controllers when required.
- Machine parts to exact specifications across various materials and tolerances.
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering specifications to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor machine performance, adjust for precision, and inspect your own work.
- Perform routine maintenance and identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications:
- Experience in CNC programming and machine operation.
- Hands-on experience with Mazak Power Mills and CNC Lathes.
- Proficiency in Lemoine CAM software or equivalent.
- Ability to program directly on machine controllers.
- Able to read and interpret blueprints.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Experience with custom fabrication, job shop, or prototype work an asset.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
