Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise landscape construction crews
- Coordinate daily job site activities and keep projects on schedule
- Install and oversee landscape projects, including softscape, hardscape, and irrigation work
- Train and mentor crew members
- Ensure work is completed safely and meets company quality standards
- Read and follow landscape plans and drawings
- Communicate with management regarding project progress and site requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Qualifications
- Experience in landscape construction
- Previous leadership or crew supervision experience
- Commercial and Residential irrigation experience
- Ability to read landscape plans
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license
Assets (Not Required)
- Experience with material takeoffs
- Horticultural knowledge
- Equipment operating experience
