Metalworks Institute is seeking an Marketing Campaign Coordinator to help us attract, engage, and convert prospective students into applicants, accepted students, and graduates.
This role is responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns that support student recruitment and enrollment growth. The successful candidate will leverage email marketing, marketing automation, audience segmentation, remarketing, and content marketing strategies to nurture prospective students through every stage of the admissions journey.
Working closely with the Admissions, Student Services, Academics, and Alumni Services teams, the Enrollment Marketing Coordinator will help ensure that every prospective student receives relevant, timely, and engaging communications that support informed decision-making and encourage progression toward registration.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer who understands customer journeys, enjoys working with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms, and can balance creativity with analytical thinking. They are comfortable identifying audience segments, developing personalized campaigns, and measuring results to continuously improve performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnrollment Marketing & Lead Nurturing
- Develop and execute enrollment marketing campaigns designed to increase inquiries, applications, acceptances, and registrations.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, automated nurture sequences, and drip marketing initiatives.
- Identify meaningful audience segments based on behaviour, program interest, inquiry source, geography, engagement level, and stage in the admissions process.
- Develop personalized communications that help prospective students move through the enrollment funnel.
- Build and optimize workflows that deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time.
- Support lead reactivation campaigns designed to re-engage inactive or previously unconverted prospects.
CRM & Marketing Automation
- Manage audience segmentation and campaign deployment through the Institute's CRM and marketing platforms.
- Maintain marketing automation workflows and ensure data integrity across campaigns.
- Collaborate with Admissions staff to align communications with recruitment priorities and student needs.
- Monitor prospect engagement and recommend improvements to communication strategies based on performance data.
Digital Marketing & Remarketing
- Coordinate remarketing campaigns across digital advertising platforms.
- Support the creation and optimization of landing pages, forms, and conversion-focused marketing assets.
- Work with content creators to develop compelling stories, testimonials, videos, and other assets that support enrollment goals.
- Ensure consistent messaging across email, social media, web, and other digital channels.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on key enrollment marketing metrics, including email engagement, lead conversion, application volume, registration activity, and campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing and make data-driven recommendations for campaign improvements.
- Identify trends and opportunities within the recruitment funnel and propose new strategies to improve outcomes.
About the Role
The Enrollment Marketing & CRM Coordinator will primarily support the marketing, communications, and digital media needs of Metalworks Institute's Admissions, Student Services, Academics, and Alumni Services departments. From time to time, the Coordinator may also contribute to projects connected to Metalworks Studios, Metalworks Production Group, and SoundsUnite.
Specific credentials or years of experience are less important than a demonstrated ability to create effective marketing campaigns, understand audience behaviour, leverage marketing technology, and contribute to measurable enrollment outcomes.
The successful candidate will be creative, organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple projects within the natural cadence of an academic year. Experience with CRM platforms, email marketing systems, marketing automation tools, lead nurturing, audience segmentation, and conversion-focused marketing strategies will be considered strong assets.
This is an on-site position based at Metalworks Institute during regular business hours, with occasional evening and weekend work required to support events and content creation opportunities.
Compensation
Compensation will be based on skill set, experience, and the ability to contribute to desired outcomes.
