About the Opportunity
Atlantic Canada Recruitment is seeking experienced Full Stack Developers to support large-scale digital transformation and modern service delivery initiatives within the public sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery, solution design, and software development activities
- Build and maintain modern digital applications and services
- Develop high-quality, maintainable, and reusable code
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and cross-functional delivery teams
- Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
- Support deployments and production releases
- Create technical documentation and solution artifacts
- Contribute to reusable components and platform capabilities
- Support onboarding and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- Minimum 5 years of Full Stack Development experience in Agile environments
- Minimum 5 years of experience using Git and source control in collaborative development
- Minimum 3 years of experience with automated unit testing and integration testing
- Minimum 3 years of experience with relational and non-relational databases
- Minimum 3 years of experience with modern application frameworks and frontend JavaScript frameworks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Angular, React, or Vue.js
- Experience with C# .NET Core, Node.js, or Python
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience with software architecture and design patterns
- Experience modernizing legacy systems
- Experience collaborating with UX and Human-Centered Design teams
- Experience leveraging Generative AI and AI-assisted development workflows
- Experience working in public sector environments
