About the Role
As a Brand Ambassador, you'll be the face of Mad Mexican mainly at in-store demo events; engaging customers, sharing our brand story, and gathering insights that help improve our products and market strategy.
What You Will Be Doing
- Represent Mad Mexican primarily at in-store demo events, meeting sales goals and engaging customers
- Use QR codes and surveys to gather customer feedback and market insights
- Accurately record daily sales and complete required event reports
- Set up, dismantle, pack, and transport demo equipment (20–50 lbs)
- Conduct inventory checks of products and equipment at events
What You Will Bring
- Ability to reliably commute to event locations across Niagara Falls
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Full availability for weekend shifts
- Access to a cellular device with internet for on-site communication
- Spanish language ability (preferred, not required)
- Previous demo experience (preferred, not required)
Schedule & Compensation
- Compensation: $21.00 per hour
- Hours: Up to 20 hours per week
- Shifts: Primarily in-store demos (weekends)
- Job Type: Part-Time, In-Person, Seasonal
- Location: Varies by store: Niagara Falls area
