About AARFP
The Alberta Association of Recreation Facility Personnel (AARFP) is a provincial non-profit organization that supports recreation facility professionals through education, consultation, networking, and advocacy. AARFP is entering an exciting period of growth and modernization. We are updating and expanding our education programs, developing new courses, strengthening industry partnerships, and evolving how we serve members. We are a small, collaborative team where every employee has an opportunity to contribute ideas, lead projects, and make a visible impact on the organization and the recreation sector.
We offer a flexible and supportive work environment, meaningful work, and the opportunity to work alongside recreation professionals, volunteers, industry partners, and leaders from across the province.
