Door-to-Door Lead Generation Representative – Roofing

This is an active, outdoor role that involves walking neighborhoods, speaking with homeowners, and introducing them to our Free Roof Health Check program.
Roof Revival & Metal Roofing Inc. is a local, family-owned roofing company based in Ottawa focused on helping homeowners extend the life of their roofs instead of replacing them too early.
Our flagship service, roof rejuvenation, restores aging asphalt shingles and can add 5–15 years of life to a roof at a fraction of the cost of replacement. We also provide roof repairs, maintenance, and full roof replacements when needed.
We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Lead Generation Representatives.
What You’ll Do
Your role is to introduce homeowners to our free Roof Health Check program and schedule roof inspection appointments.
Responsibilities include:
- Door-to-door introductions in assigned neighborhoods
- Explaining roof rejuvenation and roof maintenance options
- Booking free roof inspection appointments
- Obtaining homeowner permission for a drone roof scan
- Recording the outcome of houses visited
You are not responsible for selling roofing projects.
Your role is to generate qualified inspection appointments for our inspection team.
First Week: Ottawa Home & Garden Show
Your first week will begin at the Ottawa Home & Garden Show (March 19–23) where you will work with our team introducing homeowners to Roof Revival and booking roof inspections.
This is a great opportunity to get familiar with the company’s services and receive full training with our team before starting neighborhood canvassing.
Compensation
Training Period – First 4 Weeks
- $400 weekly training guarantee
- $25 for every confirmed roof inspection appointment
After Training
- $50 per confirmed roof inspection appointment
Appointments qualify when the homeowner completes the inspection form and the meeting is confirmed by our office.
Income depends on activity level and the number of confirmed inspections booked.

- Must have access to a reliable vehicle to travel between neighborhoods and territories
- Reliable and self-motivated
Company shirts will be provided.

Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour
