The Role:
- Perform comprehensive inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation units
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as filter changes, system calibrations, and performance checks to maximize efficiency
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to repair or replace components like compressors, fans, thermostats, and electrical wiring
- Communicate clearly with customers, explaining options and recommendations
- Work on a team of highly skilled home service professionals
- Deliver 5-Star service, every time
- Represent the AirVantage brand with professionalism and pride — in every home, every interaction, every day
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience as an HVAC technician (required)
- Class B Gas Fitter Certification (required)
- Valid BC Drivers License (required)
