Lockdoor Canada is a commercial door and hardware distributor located in Waterloo Ontario.. We are currently accepting applications for an Inside Sales Estimator/Coordinator.
- Process email, phone and fax requests for commercial doors, frames and hardware.
- Review floor plans and specifications to recommend the best products.
- Provide detailed product quotes using our order entry software.
- Turn quotes into sales orders with purchase orders to suppliers, fabrication sheets to the shop, pick lists and packing slips.
- Supply software generated door elevations, product spec sheets and templates.
- Manage customer change orders and deadlines.
- Minimum 2 years experience in pricing, ordering and coordinating sales of wholesale products.
- Post secondary diploma or degree in general business, accounting, administration or technical subjects.
- Previous proficiency in spreadsheet, order entry , inventory software
- Accurate order entry, calculations and record keeping.
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines while working on different quotes.
- Effective written and verbal communication with customers and supplier
- Full Time.
- Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30 am-4:30 pm with half hr lunch
