A Bar Back’s accountabilities include:
- Prepares and maintains drink garnishes
- Prepares and maintains drink recipes and sub-recipes
- Meticulous care in ensuring the bar is clean, organized and product and glassware are stocked
- Continually communicates with the bartenders to ensure the bar has everything needed to provide outstanding guest experiences
- Acts as liaison to the dishwashing team to ensure supply levels are maintained
- Conducts themselves in a friendly and professional manner at all times
- Communicates in an open and friendly manner to bar staff to promote teamwork
