Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, laser treatments, micro needling, endermologie, body treatments, body waxing, eyelash tint, extensions, and nail care to meet client needs and preferences
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment benefits to foster trust and loyalty
- Conduct product demonstrations and upsell relevant skincare products to enhance client results and increase retail sales
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure client safety
- Provide excellent guest services by creating a warm, friendly atmosphere and addressing client questions or concerns effectively
- Assist at the front desk with appointment scheduling, check-ins, and payment processing to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support the team with retail sales efforts by promoting products that complement treatments and meet client goals
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with clients and understand their needs
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatments, product benefits, and aftercare instructions
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients and staff
- Experience in retail sales, upselling, and product demos to maximize revenue opportunities
- Familiarity with front desk operations including scheduling, guest check-in/out, and handling inquiries
- Proficiency in aesthetic services and hospitality skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating professionalism and enthusiasm

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
