Precision Fiberglass Piping Inc. is immediately hiring experienced Oilfield Construction Journeyman Pipefitter in the Steel and Fiberglass pipe trade for Field work based out of town. Applicant requires an understanding of the oil and gas facility construction for Fiberglass Pipe Installation.
Responsibilities:
-Supervise crew on site
-Organize and assign daily tasks on site, good communication skills, strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment as a Team player
-Submit daily tracking and daily field ticket
-Coordinate project with Client on site on a daily basis
-Cutting of pipe to proper lengths
-Tapering pipe, Glueing pipe/preheating, Hydro Testing pipe
-Bolt up/Torquing flanges to proper spec
-Threading Pipe
-Spinning Pipe together on fiberglass pipeline
-Performing QC related tasks as pipe is being fabricated
- Use of hand tools, Follow Policies and Procedures, Other duties as assigned
- Commit to Safety Program
- Work shall be completed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, project specifications, client requirements and Company Safety Policies
Our Main Office Location is based in Sylvan Lake, AB. It is a definite asset for Applicant to have possession of a valid Class 5 driver's license and clean drivers abstract. Willingness to work out of town for extended periods of time as required by project base need. Must pass a Mandatory pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Test in compliance with Industry Regulations.
