We are looking for Presentation Centre Administrators for upcoming condominium project launches. If you or someone you know is experienced in real estate office administration, extremely detail oriented, with excellent computer skills and is looking for an exciting, new position, please forward resume.
· preparation of agreements of purchase and sale, schedules, amendments and legal documentation.
· Organize sales office, brochure packages, price lists, general housekeeping of sales office.
· Process purchaser deposits & any other purchaser updates
· Compile daily/weekly marketing and sales reports as required.
· Daily interaction and correspondence with Head Office and Sales and Marketing team regarding sales, rescissions and changes to agreements.
· Responsibilities and essential functions may be modified at any time depending on business needs
