Role Overview & Compensation
- Position: Part-time
- Pay: Starting at $17.60/hour, plus tips.
- Location: Cambridge (Training at 203 Lester St, Waterloo may require up to one month to complete).
- Benefits: Discounted and complimentary beverages during shifts.
Scheduling Parameters
- Mandatory availability for weekend closing shifts. If you're a student, let us know your schedule once school starts.
- Availability for general weekends and statutory holidays as dictated by operational volume.
- Schedules are subject to modification and may incorporate a 30-minute unpaid meal interval.
Consolidated Operational Duties & Requirements
- Service & Execution: Deliver exceptional customer service, process transactions accurately, and perform food/beverage preparation.
- Facility Management: Execute facility opening/closing protocols and uphold stringent sanitation standards across all customer and operational areas.
- Inventory Control: Manage stock using First-In-First-Out (FIFO) rotation, calculate supplier orders for seasonal demand, and maintain accurate time, temperature, and cleaning logs.
- Physical Demands: Lift heavy inventory and execute repetitive physical tasks within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Professional Competencies: Utilize strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking) to follow directives, work independently or collaboratively, and maintain reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
