The Opportunity
We are growing and looking for motivated, community-oriented real estate agents to join E|A Real Estate Collective in Kitchener-Waterloo.
This is not a position where you show up and figure it out alone. This is a fully supported role with the infrastructure, systems, training, and community already built and ready for you to plug into from day one.

Requirements
- Valid Ontario real estate license (RECO registered)
- Active and in good standing with your local board
- Access to a reliable computer and internet connection
- Willingness to engage with team platform and attend weekly online or in person meetings
Compensation
- Commission-based
- Competitive split through Real Brokerage
- Small monthly platform fee covers all tools, systems, platform, marketing assets, and admin support
