This is an independent contractor position. Contractors are paid for completed assignments and are responsible for their own taxes and required business expenses. we are seeking reliable Residential Cleaning Contractors to provide exceptional cleaning services for Neatova Home & Care clients. and provide exceptional cleaning services to our clients' homes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Prior experience in residential cleaning, hospitality, or customer service is a plus. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is a bonus. The position involves performing various cleaning tasks, managing time efficiently, and ensuring each residence meets our quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes and linens
- Prepare and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure optimal operation
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Maintain a high level of organization in scheduling and completing cleaning assignments
- Ensure all areas are cleaned to meet company standards for quality and safety
- Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, respectful, and attentive to client requests
Skills
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is advantageous
- Strong cleaning skills with experience in residential cleaning preferred
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently
- Ability to perform laundry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Exceptional communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of hospitality standards is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality work standards
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- Reliable vehicle or dependable transportation
- Smartphone with internet access
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Available to work weekdays and occasional weekends
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
