Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth operations within the office. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and proficiency in various administrative tasks. Experience in a dental office setting is preferred but not mandatory.
Duties
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Manage phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and office supplies to ensure a tidy workspace.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for staff members.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
- Support administrative functions such as clerical duties, correspondence handling, and report generation.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance productivity.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar clerical role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with computer systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Experience using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is desirable.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone and in writing.
- Prior experience in a dental office setting is a plus but not required.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $16.55-$20.00 per hour
