Job Overview
Must have a BC Home Inspectors License. There is an excellent opportunity for a licensed, insured, British Columbia home inspector to work with a government agency and a property manager. There is the potential of doing between 250 and 300 inspections per year. There is some travel as it includes the entire province, but most of the work is on the lower mainland or on Vancouver Island. The remuneration is with set inspection fees for the home inspections, the hotel fees, ferry costs and mileage. Good communication skills. Record keeping skills and a reliable vehicle are required.
Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
