Smile4Therapy is looking for a registered Occupational Therapist to join our team on an independent contractor basis.
We are seeking an OT who is passionate about supporting children and families, with experience working with children with special needs.
Requirements:
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario, COTO
- Experience working with children with special needs
- Experience with pediatric assessment, intervention planning, and family-centered care
- Comfortable providing parent consultation, documentation, and collaborative support
- Able to provide services remotely, in person, or through a hybrid model
