Our latest venture is ROAR, our live-fire restaurant in Tofino, BC. We are searching for a Marketing Coordinator to join our flock of totally unique and fun-loving individuals and bring our brands to life across campaigns, events, property assets, and day-to-day marketing operations.
This role reports to the Director of Marketing and is a hybrid position based in Victoria, BC. You will support the execution of marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business objectives across Accent Inns, Hotel Zed, and ROAR.

Salary: $45,000 – $65,000 annually

What the Role is Quacked Up to Be
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will help coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, content, events, operational assets, and promotional activities. You will coordinate marketing requests, support the development and production of branded materials, maintain calendars and asset libraries, liaise with vendors, and keep the team organized and moving forward. You are creative, detail-oriented, collaborative, resourceful, and always looking for ways to make things better.
In your first 3 months, you will…
Get to know the Marketing team, our brands, properties, values, and how Marketing supports Accent Inns, Hotel Zed, and ROAR.
Work closely with the Director of Marketing to understand current initiatives, marketing calendars, asset libraries, vendor relationships, and team workflows.
Begin coordinating incoming marketing requests and supporting the development of assets for campaigns, properties, events, and operational needs.
Learn our brand standards and begin helping ensure marketing materials, signage, print collateral, swag, uniforms, and other property assets show up consistently.
Build relationships with vendors and suppliers while learning how to request quotes, coordinate timelines, review proofs, and support timely delivery.
In your first 12 months, you will…
Support the execution of events, sponsorships, community initiatives, and property activations that bring our brands to life.
Coordinate the production and distribution of branded marketing materials, including property signage, print collateral, promotional merchandise, uniforms, and other operational assets.
Assist with purchase orders, invoice processing, expense reconciliation, campaign schedules, asset libraries, and general Marketing team administration.
This role is a great fit for someone who loves variety, takes pride in the details, and enjoys helping creative ideas become real-world experiences. You will partner with teammates across Marketing, Operations, Sales, Revenue, Finance, P&C, and our properties to keep projects organized, branded, and on track. Travel to our properties may be required from time to time to support activations, events, and on-site marketing needs.
