As the first point of contact, the Receptionist plays a critical role in delivering the premium experience expected of the Mercedes-Benz brand. This position is ideal for a polished, professional individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating a warm, welcoming, and efficient customer journey.
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and personable professional—ideally with prior reception or customer-facing experience—who brings a high level of maturity, confidence, and composure to the role.
Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally, both in person and over the phone
Manage a multi-line phone system with accuracy and efficiency
Direct customer inquiries to the appropriate departments in a timely manner
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Accurately record and relay messages and customer information
Support administrative functions as required (data entry, filing, light clerical duties)
Assist in coordinating internal communication to ensure a seamless customer experience
Deliver a premium, concierge-style experience aligned with the Mercedes-Benz brand
Build positive relationships with customers and team members
Handle inquiries and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency
Remain calm, composed, and solution-oriented in a high-volume environment
Bilingual (English/French) – strongly preferred
Previous reception or customer service experience (automotive experience is an asset)
Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
Exceptional telephone etiquette and active listening skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Valid driver’s license required

This is a full-time position, and flexibility is required.
Store Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
(Shifts will be scheduled within these hours, including evenings and Saturdays)
