Admin Assistant

Our client is looking for an Admin Assistant to help support the small but busy administration team. This is an interesting and varied role which requires a candidate who is competent with MS Office packages, a strong communicator (both written and verbal) and has experience in administrative procedures.

You will help support the Admin Manager and four Administrators, helping to provide a strong support service to the organisation.

Salary: 1400 to 1700 CAD per weekly, as well as the money percentage of work performed and cash bonuses at the end of the month!

Key Responsibilities of the Admin Assistant:

Answering the phone, taking message or transferring calls
Sorting Post and distributing
Filter and distribute emails
Support with the scheduling of meetings and appointments
Process invoices received for payment onto in-house system, 'Insight'
Statement and remittance reconciliation
Enter employee expenses onto inhouse system
Log service calls onto in-house system 'Insight'
Liaise with suppliers
Update supplier data records
Stationery ordering
Filing & Archiving (electronic and paper)
Ad hoc general data entry

Key Skills:

Sound understanding of inhouse management information systems
Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
