We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at Hat Tricks. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and explain daily specials to customers
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver food and beverages promptly
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Handle cash and credit card transactions using a POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
Skills
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of basic math for handling payments and making change
- Hospitality mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and food preparation processes
- Understanding of food safety guidelines and procedures
- Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with guests
- Experience in the food service industry is a plus

Pay: From $15.80 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
