Small Talk is a modern jazz club, cocktail lounge, and late-night destination in the heart of Ossington. We're looking for hospitality-driven professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and take pride in creating exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, genuine, and attentive service from greeting to farewell.
- Guide guests through our food, cocktail, wine, and spirits menus with confidence.
- Create memorable guest experiences through thoughtful recommendations and personalized service.
- Maintain strong knowledge of our menus and seasonal features.
- Work closely with bartenders, hosts, support staff, and the kitchen to ensure seamless service.
- Keep sections clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout the shift.
- Handle payments accurately and efficiently.
- Help maintain the atmosphere and energy that defines Small Talk.
Experience
- Previous experience in a full-service restaurant, cocktail bar, or hospitality venue.
- Smart Serve Certification (required).
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask while remaining calm under pressure.
- Team-first mentality.
- Passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Bonus If You Have
- Cocktail, wine, or spirits knowledge.
- Experience in upscale dining or nightlife.
- Experience using Toast POS.
- Interest in live music, jazz, or cocktail culture.
