We are looking for an experienced Restaurant/Bar Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bar management, including experience with inventory management, staff training and development, and customer service. The Restaurant/Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar, creating drink menus, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the bar industry and has a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of the restaurant/bar.
- Oversee bartenders & Bottle Service
- Train and supervise service/bar staff.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Develop and implement promotions to increase sales.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Handle customer complaints and disputes in a professional manner.
- Ensure that the bar is clean and stocked.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8 per week
Salary: From $18.00 per hour
