ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently seeking a Senior Estimator with 7+ years of experience in commercial interior construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing estimating activities, ensuring accurate estimates and bids, and collaborating with project management and business development teams.
- Manage all aspects of the estimating and Pre-Construction process.
- Determine budgeting, general conditions, and strategic positioning for projects.
- Identify and select qualified subcontractors and solicit competitive pricing.
- Conduct thorough analysis of tender drawings and prepare accurate quantity takeoffs.
- Review project plans and specifications, providing feedback on design and constructability.
- Participate in pre-construction processes and meetings.
- Experience with lump sum and construction management projects.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of construction estimating experience.
- Knowledge of construction management and various contract types.
- Strong local market knowledge and relationships with subcontractors.
- Proficiency in computerized estimating programs.
