Falcons Landscaping & Snow Removal keeps walkways, entrances and stairs clear and safe at condominium and commercial properties in Mississauga and the surrounding GTA. We are hiring snow shovelers for our sidewalk crews for the 2026-27 snow season.
What you'll do
- Clear snow and ice from sidewalks, walkways, stairs and entrances at condominium and commercial sites using shovels and snow blowers
- Spread salt and ice melt by hand or with a push spreader and refill on-site salt bins
- Load and unload shovels, snow blowers and salt
- Work as part of a crew under a Crew Leader
- Report hazards and equipment issues to your Crew Leader
- Clean equipment at the end of each shift
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
What you need
- Reliable and punctual when called in
- Able to shovel for long shifts in extreme cold and lift 50 lb salt bags repeatedly
- Available on call from November to April, including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation to the yard at any hour; crew members without a licence ride with the crew from the yard
- Smartphone for dispatch communication
- Valid Ontario driver's licence is an asset but not required
Pay
- $22 to $26 per hour based on experience
- Weekly standby pay, discussed at the interview
Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
