Family Braces is currently recruiting for a Dental Laboratory Technician to fabricate retainers and other orthodontic appliances. Experience in dental is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has the right attitude and aptitude.
Requirements:
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Excellent manual dexterity and the ability to work with your hands throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Comfortable standing for up to 8 hours per day while performing detailed laboratory work.
- Ability to perform repetitive, precision-based tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet production deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to learn new techniques and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in a dental laboratory or dental office is considered an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
