Overview
Gold Homes is seeking a driven, experienced Site Supervisor / Project Manager to join our growing team in Calgary. Gold Homes is a premier Calgary infill builder with more than 15 years of experience in customized inner-city home construction, with expertise across luxury infills, renovations, excavations, and backyard suites. We have built more than 100 doors since 2008 and are known for our hands-on approach, responsive communication, and commitment to high-quality construction.

We are looking for someone with solid infill construction experience, strong site leadership, and the practical mindset needed to manage inner-city residential builds from the ground up.
Position: Site Supervisor / Project Manager
Location: Calgary, AB, primarily inner-city job sites
Compensation: $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, with overtime likely as required
About the Role
The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations and help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to Gold Homes’ quality standards. This is a hands-on role for someone who leads by example and is willing to step in wherever needed to support site progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee residential infill construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate trades, suppliers, deliveries, schedules, and day-to-day site activity
- Monitor quality, timelines, and productivity across all phases of construction
- Ensure job sites are organized, safe, and compliant with company and regulatory standards
- Work closely with ownership, subcontractors, inspectors, and other stakeholders
- Identify issues proactively and solve problems quickly to avoid delays
- Assist with site work when required and maintain a strong physical presence on active projects
- Keep projects moving efficiently in busy inner-city construction environments
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of relevant construction experience in a Site Supervisor, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Manager capacity
- Strong experience with infill construction
- Hands-on approach with a willingness to get involved in the work required on site
- Strong understanding of residential construction sequencing, site coordination, and trade management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain momentum in a demanding environment
- Comfortable working overtime when project schedules require it
- Valid driver’s license and must have own vehicle
- Familiarity with Calgary construction environments, especially inner-city locations, is a strong asset
