The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading the day-to-day maintenance operations within a unionized chassis manufacturing facility. The role ensures the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of production equipment and facility assets through effective planning, preventive maintenance, employee leadership, and collaboration with production and engineering teams. The Supervisor is accountable for equipment reliability, maintenance performance, labour relations within the department, and compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements. This position reports to the Vice-President, Operations.
