Grain Cart Operator – 2026 Grain Harvest (Seasonal)

Duration: Approximately 6–10 weeks, weather dependent
We are looking for a dependable and motivated Grain Cart Operator to join our harvest team for the 2026 season. This role is essential to keep combines moving efficiently and ensuring a smooth, productive harvest.
Responsibilities
- Operate a tractor and grain cart during harvest.
- Transport grain safely from combines to trucks/grain bagger.
- Maintain communication with combine operators and truck drivers.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
- Assist with general farm and harvest duties as needed.
Requirements
- Previous tractor or grain cart experience
- Mechanical aptitude is an asset.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work long hours during harvest, including evenings and weekends as weather permits.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
