WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Attend meetings, taking notes as needed
- Copy, scan, and distribute documents, as needed
- Electronic filing of project correspondence
- Update various job schedule and tracking logs
- Collaborate with purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, and shipping departments

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- 1 year experience in an office environment a plus
- Manufacturing and Human Resource experience beneficial
- Must be detail oriented
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Punctual, professional, & responsible
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Ability to speak Vietnamese will be an asset
