Position: Reception / Office Assistant
Location: Richmond, BC, Canada (In-Person)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are looking for an administrative professional who can multitask, take initiative, and enjoys working with people. The front desk is the heartbeat of our office, so it’s important that you are friendly, positive, engaging, and aware of your surroundings.

Answer phone calls professionally and in a timely manner

Handle photocopying, filing, scanning, and general administrative tasks

Manage email correspondence

Maintain an organized and professional workspace

Plan and coordinate meetings

Assist with company events

Support daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow

Assist with recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and candidate follow-ups

Support onboarding processes, including document collection and tracking new hire requirements

Maintain and update employee records as needed

Communicate and coordinate with all departments to support operations and assist with ongoing tasks and priorities

Use Microsoft Office, Adobe, HRIS, and other systems as required

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and take initiative
