Duties
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up tools and supplies
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and lawn mowing, fence building
- General maintenance on property
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites throughout the shift
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to supervisors promptly
Requirements

- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
