Position Overview
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician who enjoys fixing machines, troubleshooting equipment, and supporting production teams.
This role is ideal for someone who likes working with mechanical systems, figuring out how things work, and helping solve equipment issues. Maintenance technician works an important technical service role within the company, ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently while supporting productions across the facility.
Training will be provided in areas where experience may be limited.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment and facility systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues on machines
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and help minimize production downtime
- Assist with installation, modification, and improvement of equipment
- Maintain safe operation of building systems and equipment
- Read basic drawings, manuals, or equipment documentation when performing repairs
- Work with production teams to resolve equipment-related issues
- Follow company safety procedures and food safety requirements

- Experience in the following areas is considered an asset:
- Mechanical repair or troubleshooting
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Welding or basic fabrication
- Manufacturing or food processing environments

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
