We are looking for an energetic and detail oriented administrator bookkeeper to help in our office.

Position = Office Administrator/Bookkeeper

Hours: Permanent Part-Time - 16-24 hours per week

The job requires the following:

  • Answering emails and phone calls (as needed);
  • Greet clients as they come in;
  • Organizing and managing the office;
  • General bookkeeping for clients;
  • Administrative duties as required by principal or clients.

Qualifications

  • Post Secondary Experience or diploma in business administration and/or bookkeeping;
  • 1-2 years experience considered an asset;
  • QuickBooks Online knowledge an asset;
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and other programs used within the office;
  • Punctual;
  • Enjoy working with people

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $16.57 /hour
