We are seeking an energetic, reliable, and experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations at Juicy Birds Nashville Hot Chicken. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, strong team performance, and smooth store operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations
- Schedule and supervise staff
- Ensure high standards of customer service
- Manage inventory and cash handling
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
- Support sales growth and team development
Requirements:
- Previous management or supervisory experience in food service, retail, or hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
