We specialize in supply and install of doors, moulding, cabinets and millwork on new high rises. We are looking for a passionate and organized Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
You will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from conception to completion. Your role will involve coordinating with clients, managing project timelines, sourcing materials, and ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and oversee projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their project requirements and provide regular updates.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Source and procure materials, tools, and equipment.
- Collaborate with craftsmen and other team members to ensure project quality.
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
**Requirements:**
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software is a plus.
