Project Estimator - Full Time
Job Description:
Koehn Design Consulting is seeking a highly organized and detail-
oriented Project Estimator to join our growing team. The successful
candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate project
estimates, budgets, and cost analyses for residential and commercial
design projects. This role requires reviewing project plans and
specifications, sourcing pricing from vendors and subcontractors,
comparing quotes, and developing detailed budgets that align with
project goals. The Project Estimator will work closely with designers,
project managers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure all project
costs are accurately tracked and managed throughout the project
lifecycle. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has
strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and enjoys
contributing to the successful execution of beautiful and functional
spaces. Experience with Builder Trend is an asset.
