Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing various business operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our processes. This position requires strong skills in vendor management, procurement, and supply chain systems, with a focus on negotiating prices and fabricating solutions that meet our organizational needs.
Duties
- Manage daily shipment activities, monitoring shipment to ensure pickup and delivery is on time
- Planning outbound orders and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure delivery is completed.
- Prepare and maintain shipment documents (BOL)
- Maintaining and updating accurate information in company's operating systems, tracking shipment to completion
- Coordinating daily carrier activities with customers and operations team
- Validating freight or accessorial charges for accounts to ensure billing accuracy
Requirements/Qualifications:
Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in import operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both written and verbal) with excellent business communication skills.
Operational Knowledge: Solid understanding of import procedures, customs clearance regulations, and international shipping documentation (e.g., B/L, Commercial Invoice, Packing List). Industry Experience: Experience in handling diverse freight types (LCL/FCL/FAK)
Time Management & Adaptability: Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with a proven ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, hectic operational environment. Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills with a strong focus on accuracy in data entry and shipment tracking.
Problem-Solving: Strong coordination and multitasking skills to manage external vendors, carriers, and stakeholders effectively.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel for data management and reporting) and logistics systems.

*Preferred Qualifications*
Language: Proficiency in Korean (written and verbal) is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Undergraduate degree or post-secondary diploma in Business Administration, supply chain management, related stream with minimum 2 years’ work experience in Logistics or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
