Our client is on a rapid growth trajectory and is pursuing new expansion opportunities. They are seeking a unique, personable and self-aware Yacht Sales Consultant who understands both the logical and human aspect of the sales process.

A day in the life of the Yacht Sales Consultant:
The primary objective of the Yacht Sales Consultant is to create beautiful experiences with guests to determine their needs and to provide all necessary information to assist customers in making informed buying decisions.

The Fine Print:
· You will be building lifetime relations with clients.
· Ensure total customer satisfaction, remaining current on product information, helping to maintain floor presentation standards and following up with all prospects on a timely basis.
· Input and management of required sales information into our Customer Relationship Management system.
· Show and educate on boats for interested buyers based on needs and manage the ongoing and after sales client care.
· Manage the client expectations and work with the client and company on price adjustments.
· Process boat offers and the purchase process along with making sure all sales documents are completed.
· Manage the entire sales process including haul outs, surveys and sea tests.
· Assist in the closing of the sale and the handling of funds and escrow.
· Manage inbound leads in the territory.
· Prepare monthly reports and attend sales meetings.
· Participats in sales events and trade shows.

Our “must haves”:
· Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
· Excellent organization, planning skills and manages own time effectively.
· Oral and written communication skills with natural ability to build strong relationships.
· During the busy summer season and a few seasonal sales events, it is important to be available to work several weekends and some later evenings.
· The ability to problem-solve and interpret sales performance.
· Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.
· Requirements include outstanding communication skills, attention to detail and previous sales experience in marine or auto industry.
· Committed to superior customer service.
· A valid driver's license and boat operator's card.
· Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience required
· Experience in Yacht Sales or Real Estate Sales an asset.
· Some knowledge of boats a definite asset.
