About the Role
Rack Attack is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Seasonal Accountant (Contract) to join our Accounting team. This is a temporary contract position ending September 11, 2026, offering the opportunity to gain valuable experience across various accounting functions while supporting the day-to-day financial operations of a growing organization.

What You'll Do
- Manage Accounts Payable processing, including accurate data entry, coding, and verification of invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation.
- Perform bank, credit card, and general ledger account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Collaborate with company managers, vendors, and members of the accounting team to investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare ad hoc reports, assist with financial analysis, and support various accounting projects and departmental initiatives as required.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Accounting team during month-end and other key reporting periods.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma, certificate, or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, or related experience.
- General understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with QuickBooks Desktop is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour
