We are looking to fill a post of accounting clerk. Member of the Administration Department, the accounting clerk will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of accounting and billing, but not limited to it.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Supplier invoice entry
Responsible of Billing
Daily Accounting
Participates in the administration meetings and the setting up of objectives for the department
Production of various reports
Preparation and issuance of employee payroll as required
Perform any other related duties that may assist in the completion of a project or business development

REQUIREMENTS:
College diploma in accounting or other training deemed equivalent
Two (2) years of relevant experience would be an asset
Software: Simply Accounting, Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work in a team and independently
Sense of initiative, attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Proficiency in both official languages (French and English)
