Heritage House Farms is hiring a friendly, hands-on team member for the season. This isn't your typical farm job — it's a mix of packaging produce orders, helping with restaurant deliveries, running our farm store, and being the face of Heritage House Farms at farmers markets across the region. If you love people, take pride in good service, and don't mind a physical day's work, this could be a great fit.
**What You'll Do**
- **Saturdays:** Set up and run our farmers market booth (early start). We participate in several markets throughout the season — including Brantford, Guelph, Puslinch, and others — so the location may vary week to week. Greet customers, share what we offer, take payments, and represent Heritage House Farms with energy and charm.
-**Sundays Farm store in Puslinch ^
- **Weekdays (additional hours available):** Help run the farm store — stocking shelves, assisting customers, ringing through sales, and making change.
- Lift and move boxes, crates, and produce throughout the day (this is a physical role).
**What We're Looking For**
- A bubbly, outgoing personality — you're someone customers remember and want to come back to see
- Comfortable with physical work and lifting heavy boxes/crates regularly
- Reliable Saturday availability — every Saturday, early morning, no exceptions
- Flexibility to travel to different market locations across the region
- Valid driver's license
- Basic comfort with handling cash, making change, and ringing through sales
- Previous retail, market, or farm experience is a bonus — but we're happy to train the right person
**Why Work With Us**
- Variety in your week — no two days look the same
- Company vehicle provided for restaurant deliveries - Must provide own vehicle for market travel and set up
- Be part of a small, tight-knit team
- Connect with your community at markets and in our farm store
- Work outdoors, in the store, and on the road — not stuck behind a desk
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
