MEP Project Manager, ICI/Buildings - Permanent - 19223
About the Opportunity
You already know what good looks like. You’re running mechanical and electrical scopes on high-value builds for a respected GC, you’re trusted by the people above and below you, and you’re well looked-after. You don’t need to look elsewhere, but that’s exactly why this is worth two minutes of your time.
You’re not looking, but this opportunity is something you wouldn’t want to miss either. Every so often a builder hits a stride where the trajectory becomes impossible to ignore. We’re working with a national leader with more than a century of success behind it, a record backlog of work secured, and momentum that the market has noticed. They are having the kind of run where the value of the business has roughly doubled in a year and the credit rating, the balance sheet, and the projects are all pointing the same direction.
Their GTA group has quietly become one of the most enviable benches of longstanding talent in the region; a team that keeps winning the career-defining work, including some of the most mechanically and electrically complex projects going. MEP isn’t a box they tick on the way to handover - it’s a function they are actively investing in and building out. That’s where you come in.
This is a chance to bring your expertise to an organization that rewards the people who deliver, gives you genuinely complex work to sink your teeth into, and is writing the next notable chapter of a long and illustrious history - with room for you to put your name on it. If you’ve been waiting for a move that’s a clear future upside, rather than a sideways shuffle, this is it.
Reach out for a confidential, no-obligation, career chat – even if you’re just curious where the ceiling is.
