DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, the IT Digital Solutions Analyst is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery and continuous improvement of digital and web solutions for the marketing team. With their exceptional knowledge of marketing tools and IT portfolio management, the IT Digital Solutions Analyst will be able to support the development, configuration, implementation, and operational transition of marketing and web platforms while providing effective escalation support as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the design of global technical solutions in accordance with best practice to satisfy business requirements, feature requests, and continual improvements to IT services.
- Design and configure solutions and hot/bug fixes.
- Coordinate planning and execution of feature implementation.
- Ensure that IT service key performance indicators (KPI) are defined and available
- Participating in IT related projects up-to-a-core level capacity.
- Contribute to backlog refinement, team sprint planning, and team retrospectives.
- Author and review knowledge articles related to assigned Portfolio.
- Initiate and support large-scale changes based on design
- Develop and maintain documentation for systems and procedures, including user manuals and system diagrams.
- Maintain relevance with current technology trends and market offerings.
- Coordinate/participate in design team sprint planning.
- Determine and establish effort estimations and budgets of backlog tasks.
COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Technology, Computer Science, or other related fields
- 5 to 7 years of senior level experience in a related position
- Fluency in English necessary for communication with international colleagues
- Experience with Advanced technical administration and design for enterprise solutions, specifically with: E-Commerce solutions or CMS platforms, Web facing platform management
- Aware of and knowledgeable regarding business and industry best practice.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Willing to work outside of regular business hours as needed to support critical operations.
- Able to travel as required (international and domestic).
